So, I dl and pay for Norton wifi vpn, and when I try to use it, it ALWAYS shuts down while I'm downloading a file or torrent.
Aren't VPNs supposed to assist us wit these? The only reason to even have a VPN is so you can stay safe while surfing and downloading.
Should I be asking for a refund?
Hmm. Strange they never notified me about that. Clicking on the Antivirus link says it is still in beta.

I deny you because PureVPN has launched their advanced features which detect the malware in any file that you are trying to download from any source. It will cancel the downloading along they introduced the Anti-Virus feature as well for internet security.
And many other VPNs are evolving and becoming the complete cyber security solutions. I spent my money on Express as well. Both work fine but PureVPN is ahead.

Have you got a link with this information about PureVPN as I have a two *year subscription and would be very interested in reading more.
Thanks.
* Edit.
I stand corrected. Although the PureVPN price reflects the service upgrade. The 2 year deal is a good price.
If you are not happy with the service offered by Norton Wifi Privacy, you can request a refund within 60 days of purchase.
A VPN is to help you stay safe while using unsecured networks by encrypting your connection until you get past the local unsecure network. It does not detect malware while you surf or download from the internet. They definitely cannot protect you from torrent downloads that may be malicious.
Here are the features of the NWP app.

What operating system are you using?
Have you restarted your computer since having this issue?
You can try reinstalling Norton Wifi Privacy, restarting the computer between uninstall and reinstall.
