running macOS Catalina 10.15.7; product is Norton 360 deluxe
My contract covers 5 computers. On all of them VPN starts automatically or can be started from "My Norton". It is only on 2 iMacs that, after installation of Norton, VPN was running without problems and after some time just stopped. It is also somehow greyed out in "My Norton" ( see attached ). Any ideas why and how to make it restart again would be highly appreciated.

Hi peterweb, as for your first comment, the same on Mac , turns green when active.
I had run LiveUpdate a few times withe restarting and all of it. But no change.
However, this morning, out of the blue, it worked again - after 10 days. No idea why.
So, no idea about the cause and and no idea about the remedy, but it is OK now. Let's wait and see if it stays OK.

I don't use a Mac, but the Windows version has the VPN greyed out when not active. It turns green when Turn on is clicked and the connection is made.
Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available?
