No receive virtual IP from any country

Detailed description:

Hello

I have trouble on my norton VPN, on my desktop PC. When i want to use Norton VPN, if i try to activate it in any country, the VPN ask for virtual IP adress, but never get it. Résult : the VPN does’nt work.

If I use VPN in my phone with norton VPN by WIFI, with the same network of the desktop PC, it works correctly.

The trouble started around 6 months ago. Before that, the VPN get the IP virtual adress correctly.

Product & version number: 26.1.10738 (version 26.1.10738.966)

OS details: Windows 11 professionnal

What i tried to fix it :

  • repair norton 360
  • uninstall and reinstall norton 360 (with clean registry files)
  • try to uninstall and reinstall WAN miniport (IKEv2)
  • check and open for norton and VPN wiregard the norton firewall and check no trouble in windows firewall

When you removed 360 did you use the Remove only feature of the new Remover tool using the information here?

Then reinstall 360 from your Norton Account and test again.

I uninstall with the remover tool and reinstall 360 from my account, same result, VPN doesn’t work.
