I'm in my first month of using Norton 360, on a MacBook Pro, 2017, 3.1 GHz i7, Mojave. I have had many problems with the VPN launching. At first I could reboot Norton, and it would launch, but for the past couple days, nothing I do will start it. I click on "Turn On" in "My Norton", and the lettering grays out for a few seconds, then returns to black, with no launch! I even reinstalled a couple of times, still nothing! Please help!
Hello cigman. Use this article as your guide to remove your Norton product and reinstall it. It sounds as though your install is somehow corrupted.
