I have Norton 360 version 22.21.5.44 (expires in 10 days if that matters, have new key to reup) Windows 10 pro, os build 19041.1052
VPN won't connect, Getting a message box "Connection Error Secure VPN has experienced connection failure. Please try again later." I tried doing everything on this page:

Did everything on that page including uninstalling and reinstalling Nortons 360
#4 worked only the text said "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" which wouldn't accept the recommended #'s. The pic of the dialog box was Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) - tried that one and it worked.
