Issue abstract: VPN is unavailable in Norton 360 Deluxe
Detailed description: It says in the renewal notification that my Norton 360 Deluxe subscription includes VPN but it seems not true. I’m not seeing VPN in the list of available products under my subscription.
Product & version number: Norton™ 360 Deluxe Subscription Renewal (1 Year Subscription) / v7.9.6.21
OS details: Windows 11 Pro and Android 16

Did you find Secure VPN before renewal notification?
Do you find Secure VPN with Norton 360 - Privacy tab?
Please run Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine.

If your Norton is not working as expected and you’ve tried Troubleshooting → Reset to Default &or Repair Norton & clean re-install Norton 360…then…reach out to Norton support.
Note: Reset to Default resets Cloud Backup
