Since a couple of days I am having some missing details on the VPN when connecting. It does connect OK and I can see that I am in the region I select by IP lookup, but the My Norton UI shows — in Current Region. If I click on the VPN Region I also see that blank in both the “You appear to other on” and the “Your public IP address is”.
I have tried logging out, rebooting and logging in again, same problem.
Does anyone known how to fix it? (without ridiculous steps like re-installing the entire Norton 360).
