I have been trying to use VPN without succes. My product is Norton 360 Premium installed with Windows 11 24H2. There is no way to connect and maintain the VPN estable. First attempt I did what I reached was 30 s. connection and VPN restart in a loop. Changing country server did not work. Reinstalling Norton did not work either. So, my conclusión is that this feature is not available as supposdly it should. Any suggested workaround or different configuration to the default?

If the above procedures did not resolve your issue, you can attempt to reinstall Norton by following the procedure in this Norton Support article.
After 4 days, 4 technical support, at least 10 times of reinstalling Norton 360 premium, I got VPN stable. The problem is related to incompatibility or bad ack of wireguard tunneling native protocol. By some reason, there is an ack that is reset every 40 seconds between the tunnel server and the client. When the tunnel finishes the negotiation or at a time, a virtual wiregard device is created as a windows device, but if for any reason the corresponding driver of this device is not compatible with the laptop or PC, the tunneling negotiation SHOULD try OPEN VPN protocol and so, to leave that virtual tunnel ifc what is the most stable. This is not currently done since the applicacion changes in 2025 or end of 2024.
The workaround is to block the wireguard program from configuration, firewall, program control. In this way you force the negotiation with OPEN VPN protocol and everything is stable.
Just in case this workaround might help somebody.

gode nyheder der kommer snart en norton 360 vpn hotfix det skulle rette jeres problem men hvornår den kommer ved jeg ikke selv om det er en hotfix men selv om det er en alvorlig fejl er det jo lige gyldig om det er en stor eller lille fejl hvis de ikke kan finde fejlen de har ca 5 hotfix lige nu men de skal jo også finde fejlen før de kan fixe dem hvis de ikke kan det så er det jo værdiløs
