VPN not connecting

Hello, for the last couple of month Norton VPN fails to create a connection on my Laptop 64 bit operating system with Windows 10. I am using Norton 360 Deluxe.

Norton support tried to resolve it but didn't succeed and I was told that I would be contacted by a more experienced person but that didn't happen. Since then I have used the NRnR twice more but that has not made a difference.

Is there anything else I can do?
