Hello all. Just installed Norton VPN on my android yesterday as I have 1 to 2 individuals that Google informed me were trying to hack me. Those annoying hack bastards, one was from Germany. Anyway, I noticed right away the VPN painfully slowed my internet speed.

Any VPN is going to affect your internet speed because of the overhead involved in encrypting and decrypting your data as it leaves and returns to your device.
What speed are you seeing without and then with the VPN active?
Try changing your virtual location to some other countries and test. I usually just leave my virtual location set to Automatic. Norton is supposed to check for the best connection from your actual location.
