VPN Problem With Norton 360 Version 20.1.12

im using windows 8 enterprise and Norton 360 Version 20.1.12

 

when smart fire wall is on and i want use vpn i recieve error number 800

 

but when i turn off smart firewall every thing will be right

 

plz help me

Sorry for the trouble. Which is the VPN client you use? What are the ports and protocols used by the VPN? If you know this information, you can configure the SmartFirewall to allow communications for VPN by creating a new firewall rule. Let me know if you still need help.
