When activate the VPN I wait between 7-15 sec. before connection to website is established. Using another VPN (hotspot shield) gives me instant access. I am using USA as the VPN address and a speedtest using both VPN's show about the same speed 170/40 so it is very obvious that the Norton VPN slow the connection down. Is there any way to get that solved or is it a design problem in Norton?
