VPN stopped Workin

I upgraded to Norton 360 Premium 1.  The VPN feature worked for a short time then refused to turn on from the MY Norton controls page. The button is there but is not responsive. I am running the most recent version Win 10.  Can anyone help? Thanks

Norton never gives time frames for updates. 

Your mobile version of Secure VPN is obviously different code for a mobile device. So it would not have the same problems as a Windows version.

When does Norton expect to have a fix for this?  I purchased 360 Deluxe and the Secure VPN was a part of the package.  It worked fine for a couple of weeks.  Now nothing.  This is on my Windows 10 Laptop.  On the other hand, I am not having any issues with it (currently) on the mobile phone I installed it on.

 

Other users have been seeing the same kind of issue with the VPN feature in the new 360 product.  Norton is aware of this issue.
