VPN switches off every time I reboot my laptop and this was all caused by the installation of the latest version of the software

Issue abstract: VPN switches off after reboot of my MacBook Air

Detailed description: Every time my laptop reboots the VPN has switched off. This causes my email not to display correctly. If I switch VPN on then things work correctly. This problem only began when I installed the latest software for Norton 360.

Product & version number: Norton 360. version 24.8.0

OS details: MacOS Monterey version 12.7.6

What is the error message you are seeing? “your network preferences prevent content from loading privately” seen in banner at the top on my email using Mail

Check that you haven’t 2 instances os a vpn installed

Thank you Eamon for your suggestion. I don’t think I have two instances of vpn installed.
