VPN will not connect to fastest location but will to Canada

Issue abstract: VPN will not connect to “fastest location” or “United States”

Detailed description: This happens both on Win 11 and Android When I try and turn on the VPN and select “fastest location” or “united states” (I’m in the US) it sits at the “Turning VPN on …” screen for a very long time then goes to “No Network”. If I select “Canada” it seems to work fine, albeit slower than normal connection time. This has been happening for a week or so. I thought it might be a temporary problem, but it has gone on long enough for it to be fixed.

Norton 360 Premium,
Android: Version 26.16.1.260831725

     Windows :  26.8.11125 (build 26.8.11125.994)

OS details: Win 11 , Android 16

Well, it looks like my original thought that Norton had a programming problem may have been right. It is now back to working on both Android and Win 11. I just didn’t wait long enough, although it seemed like a week would have been enough time.
