VPN will not connect, try again later

Norton's "fix" did not work for me. Anyone have an easier solution? Non technical, plain and simple speak would be appreciated.

... But now my internet connection / streaming problem has returned.  angry

The instructions in the KB got the VPN working for me, but it is soooo slooowwwww even connecting to an AU server.
