Norton's "fix" did not work for me. Anyone have an easier solution? Non technical, plain and simple speak would be appreciated.
... But now my internet connection / streaming problem has returned.

The instructions in the KB got the VPN working for me, but it is soooo slooowwwww even connecting to an AU server.
