I had Norton VPN on Windows 10 and it worked just fine. I could verify it was working by hovering the cursor over the wifi symbol on the taskbar. It would say "(My Network) No Internet Access/ Norton VPN Internet Access". When I got a new computer with Windows 11, I installed Norton VPN, turned it on and when I would hover the mouse over the wifi symbol it would say "(My Network) Internet Access", nothing about VPN. After much useless troubleshooting, I tried doing a search on Google. I searched for "Walmart near me". It showed results from an entirely different geographical area than mine. So the VPN is apparently working. A heads up on this difference between Windows 10 & 11 would have been nice.
