Good morning all. I just woke up to find that the VPN (V22) won’t connect, with the message telling me to run live update (which I won’t or I’ll end up with V24). I’ve tried multiple times, including restart and shut down. Is anyone having this issue? Does anyone know the cause or fix. Thanks much!
Kimbra, power off your router for about 1-2 minutes and allow it to clear its cache then power it back on. Wait a few minutes until it has fully rebooted and retest. Removing and reinstalling v22 may be the last resort though.
Hi Kimba. I don’t use VPN so I don’t have any helpful info. I noticed V25 is creating other VPN problems. Makes me wonder if your problem is related. In other words, it’s more a system-wide problem with Norton VPN and not specific to V22. Norton VPN says "No Location Available" - #2 by TT086433
