Hello, I'm having issues (many) with your product.
I've tried all of the suggested steps, 4 times now and still get the same errors.
I've done the Live update and restart. I've done the Un-install and reinstall of the product, and I continually get the same error within 2-3 days of a fresh installation. Has your company ever heard of backup files? You simply download a definition file, then make a copy into a secondary directory for an case where the primary files gets corrupted and your app see's the error, you re-copy the original into place..
Is there any word when this issue will be fixed? Or do I have to re-install your app weekly to fix the issue till the end of time.
