Hi all,
I am running Norton on my Powerbook G4 and have been experiencing issues with the Vulnerability Protection signatures. I receive an error message stating that they have been corrupted and that I must download again, which I do, and then I restart. Within days, I receive another error of the same type and have to repeat the process. Most recently, I downloaded the most recent signatures and definitions, and within three minutes after restarting, the error message occured again.
Is there an existing patch for this problem? I'm concerned that my system is going to consisently be vulnerable if the signatures don't register properly.
