Vunerability blocked: fe80:1:1 TCP SYN

I am getting a warning from Norton 360 that identified a 'Vunerability blocked: fe80:1:1 TCP SYN' .  The message is coming up nearly every minute and I am not getting an opportunity to stop the notification.  Can you tell me what it means and what can I do to stop it?

My computer is a Mac.

SYN flood attacks are most times due to a flood attack propagation through your router. I would first, check your router firmware and ensure it is on the latest version. If its not update it and restart the router. While doing so, disconnect any peripherials you have attached. Restart the computer and see if the attacks continue. If they cease you can rule out your router being affected. Begin connecting your external devices one at a time until you can determine if one of them is the offender.
