I have received the error codes of W12152 when attempting to restore a file. I have no idea what it means. I still cannot download or restore a file nor can I download a file through an email link.
Do you have a list of all of the possible codes a user might receive so we can identify what the possible problem is? If so, please display a link to such. Thank you.

The Norton product I was using when the code "W12152" came up was "Norton Online Backup" . I do not know which version it is. I downloaded the program for the first time around February 4, 2011, so I am assuming I have the latest version as no updates are available to the installation I have. Operating system is Windows XP-Service Pack 3. Since I posted the above questions, I was able to restore one small file, but am still not able to directly download or download via an email link.
..........1.) I would like to know, if possible, what the code "W12152" means when attempting to restore a file in case it comes up again.
..........2.) Could you possibly instruct me on how I can get the downloads to work and is there a link to where I can obtain all the possible codes I may come across in "Norton Online Backup" and what they mean so I can attempt to troubleshoot?
..........3.) Also, I was wondering since I have all remote connections turned off, is this interfering with the direct download or the email link download?

P.S.: One thing I forgot to mention is that the entire drive that my OS-XP3 is installed on is completely encrypted with True Crypt. I am wondering if this could be another factor as to why I cannot download a file from "Norton Online Backup."

There is not a master error code list available since some of the error codes generated require support interaction. There is a list of common error codes available in the help files though.
That particular error indicates a web parsing error. Do you have the full error message is was that all it was giving you?
If your entire drive is encrypted with TrueCrypt it definitely can impede the backup from backing up and restoring correctly. The service has to create its own encrypted archives in which it has to decrypt. The drive encryption may be interfering with the process.
