As of last Friday 11/09 I have been receving a constant message from Norton that I am unprotected against the threat -
W32.Imsolk.B@mm
Running auto-protect does not remove the message - all I get back is the response that Norton cannot protect me at this time?
I have run full system scans plus Norton Power Eraser and I do not have a virus - everything is normal.
Why do I keep seeing this message and how do I get rid of it. I engaged in a chat session with a Norton rep this morning but the problem is still not resolved.
Hi bleslie7,
I have never heard of a Norton notification that protection does not exist for a specific infection. Do you mean that Norton sees the infection but cannot remove it? That occasionally happens. What does the alert say, exactly?
