How about an option to Wake the PC for Norton products to perform scheduled tasks.
Many users have the tasks, scans and backups, scheduled for overnight to it does not interfere with regular PC usage. But to save power, allow the PC to sleep when idle. If the PC is sleeping, the tasks do not get performed.
