I have used Norton for security now for a number of years and have always found it to be extremely reliable, However, Last week I renewed my Norton Security and also registered the number of days left from the previous Norton onto the new 365 days norton renewal, now, a week later I am receiving reminders from Norton to renew my Norton Security as I have only a matter of so many days left, The thing is, which really conserns me, If Norton are as technically advanced as they have you to believe they are, Then how come they are unaware I renewed my security a week ago. It may well be that my renewal has registered into the core of the system and all is well, However, receiving a reminder to renew your Security a week after having already renewed it does cause me some consern as I can well imagin it causes many other people. I like many others have great faith in Norton and feel that Norton are keeping us secure, However, Receiving a message like this a week later after having what I believe securely updated it worries me as that little voice in my head keeps saying: Has it actually registered. The thing is we may well be covered and completely safe, But, Norton are not doing themselves any faviours by putting that seed of doubt into their customers heads. Norton it's time to wake up and smell the coffee.
