Wallet temporarily unavailable

After patching to version 22.22.4.11 and rebooting ..... now Norton Crypto is showing nothing mined and my wallet is now listed as Wallet temporarily unavailable.  Please advise.

I was able to resolve this by signing in in the My Norton application.

The service is back online and working properly, wallets and history should be visible again. Mining had no issues during this time.

FWIW: Uninstall and then re-install Norton got me the current exchange rate to work. Per day and per month now populating a dollar amount.

Sorry for the inconvenience, the team is currently working on the issue to get our services back up on the backend. This is not a client issue.

Same issue happening with me... restart yielding no help. Also, currency conversion not working and projected earnings = 0.

I'm having the same issue - I've restarted my computer, updated Norton, and Windows 11.

If I check my wallet on my computer or my phone (on and off WiFi) I continue to get the message 'Wallet temporarily unavailable'

Can you restart your client machine, it's possible a recent windows update may have caused something to not work properly.

Since one week or more, i have 0ETH, and seems it does'nt mine. my real balance is about 93 CAD.

Hash rate is about 50MH and GPU usage near 100%, but always 0, need help.Screenshot_2.pngScreenshot_1.png
