Hello there.

 

I bought a renewed license for my computer in July. I thought I was getting the 3 license deal. It turns out I only got one. Well, now I see a deal for a 3 license deal that is cheaper than what I paid for 1. I would love to be able to have the 3.

 

What can be done?

Went to the link provided for chat. After about a 15 minute wait, I was able to chat with a person who was able to get my account where I wanted it. Even got a refund of the difference between what I bought in July and what I wanted now.

 

So, issue is completed to my complete satisfaction.
