So, i bought Nortin 360 last year and it can be used three times. I've already used it once. Unfortunately, my laptop had crashed and i lost all my data and the installation cd is nowhere to be found. I still have the productkey though. Can someone pls please PLEASE tell me how i can reinstall it? I've tried but they keep telling me to buy a product, renew, or the dowload bar is grayed out because my first use expired about a day or two ago (so close). Help me? I'd really appreciate it.

if you have sing up with a norton acc Then you can go. Too your norton acc and long in withyour I'd and password and you can downloaded norton 360 from your norton acc

If your license has run out on the 1st install (of the 3 you were permitted), then the other 2 can not be used. The subscription for all three ends 366 days after the first activation - thus if the subscription is expired on that first install, so did the other 2 even though they were never installed.
The only thing you can do at this point is purchase a new product key which can be done at cut rate prices from special offers from retailer or resellers on line (provided they are reputable).
