Want to use Password Manager on Windows 7 with NAV2011

I am setting up s new PC with Windows 7. I have installed Norton AntiVirus 2011 and am trying to install Password Manager from my 2004 SystemWorks CD. I get an error message that this is incompatible. Any suggestions?
