I have two activation codes for Norton 360. Does the subscription period add up if I enter both codes, or is the duration of the first subscription renewed for the duration of the second, or do the numbers of supported devices add up?

Hello @ElGuiri
Welcome to the Norton Community!
No, entering both activation codes will not automatically add up the subscription days, combine the number of supported devices, or renew one with the other. By default, redeeming two separate Norton 360 activation keys in your account will simply create two separate, independent subscriptions running simultaneously.
Because Norton treats each key as a standalone license, the following happens if you enter both codes yourself:
The duration does not add up: If you activate the second code while the first is still active, both countdowns will run at the same time, causing you to lose the remaining days on your first subscription.
The device counts do not combine: A 3-device plan and a 5-device plan will remain distinct; you will simply have two separate “pools” of device slots rather than one combined pool of 8 slots.
How to handle your two codes:
To ensure you do not lose any subscription time or device coverage, you have two primary options:
Wait to activate the second code: Leave the second activation code unredeemed until your first subscription is about to expire. Turn off automatic renewal on the first plan, and enter the second key only on the day the first one runs out.
Contact Norton Support to manually merge them: If you want the subscriptions combined immediately—either to extend your current plan’s time or to consolidate your allowed devices—you must contact Norton Member Services & Support. A support agent has the tools to manually transfer remaining days or combine licenses for you.

How two Norton 360 codes work
Time usually does not stack by itself.
If you enter a second product key while the first subscription is still active, Norton typically starts a new term right away. Remaining days on the first plan are often overwritten rather than added.
Device counts do not merge into one plan.
Two keys generally become two separate subscriptions on the same account. Each keeps its own device limit and renewal date (for example, two 5-device plans do not become one 10-device plan).
Better ways to use both codes
Wait until near expiry — Enter the second key when only 1–2 days remain so you don’t lose unused time.
Ask Norton to combine them — Member Services can often roll remaining days into the new term or help you manage both subscriptions.
How to contact Norton to combine two activation codes
You cannot merge two Norton 360 keys in your account yourself. A Norton Member Services agent has to do it. Ask them to add remaining time from the second key onto your existing subscription so you do not lose paid days.
What to have ready
Norton account email
Both 25-character product keys
Order numbers or receipts (if you have them)
Chat (usually fastest)
Go to support.norton.com and choose Contact us.
Sign in and verify with the one-time code sent to your email.
Choose topics such as Manage my account, Subscriptions, or Billing.
If you get the virtual assistant, type agent a few times until a human joins.
Ask clearly: Please add the time from my second product key to my existing subscription.
Phone
Start from the same Contact us page on support.norton.com. Norton hides their phone number until you go through their flow (this helps avoid fake “support” numbers).
For the United States and Canada, Norton Community posts commonly list 800-745-6061 or 800-745-6034.
If chat or phone is stuck
Message official Norton support on X or Facebook and request a merge.
After they combine the keys
Check My Norton for one expiry date.
Turn auto-renewal off on any extra plan so you are not billed twice.
Merging is not guaranteed in every case (for example different product tiers), but agents can often extend the original term if both keys are valid and on the same account.
Merging is not always possible (different tiers, already used keys, or retailer rules). If they refuse, ask them to document that and tell you the safest way to use the second key without losing days.
