After being disconnected 3 times in three sessions I received a call from a senior tech who set an appointment for 10 AM today and assured me my issue would be addressed, after rearranging my day no call came in. Norton tech support is not what it used to be and if they don't get their act together I would say they will lose more customers than they gain, I am extremely disappointed with the level of knowledge and the care they give to a problem and the treatment of a long time customer. I am tremendously disappointed with the level of customer service I have received lately.
