Hi all!
I just bought the WD 3T HDD. Though this model is capable of USB 3.0, I connected it to my PC using the USB2.0 port.
When I connected it to the PC very first time, NG-14 asked me if I want to use this new hrda-drive as a potential destination for the backup (this is usual and expected). I answered "no" as I did many times previously for other WD HDD-s of smaller sizes. Usually, after I connect the hard-drive to the PC, I still would be able to use thie new HDD as a new backup destination.
However, this time, NG-14 did not show me my new HDD in the "Drives" Tab of the "Advanced" Section. Neither the new HDD was shown in the "External Drives" item of the "Tasks/Options" menu dialog box. I tried to Refresh the NG-14 (pressing F5), I tried to disconnect and then connect the HDD, I tried to turn off/on my PC - everything was futile, and NG-14 could not show me my new Hard-drive.
Any ideas why this may be happening and how to deal with that ?
