What is the error message you are seeing? “We’re restricting some apps due to increased security. You appear to be on a Public network, so we increased your security and restricted access for risker apps.”
If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:
Installed new Netgear router R6700AXv3 and was not getting this message on the old netgear router? why is this happening?
Do we assume you have changed the default router password?
You might also want to disable any firewall in the router and test.

Hi Peter I don’t know how to respond to your answer, so I will do it here .. I changed default password and changed access control so none of my connections are blocked. What are the instructions to turn off firewall.

I’m not familiar with specifics of any given router. You can look through your owner’s manual for information on the firewall. Although it sounds like your Access Control feature may be what I am talking about.
Maybe @SoulAsylum will have some insight here.
