We were not automatically able to fix all issues

I have been receiving this error message when updating norton antivirus 7.0.1 on my IMac.  I chatted with support and they said to un-install the whole program and reinstall it.  I did that, and it worked fine for a week, now receiving this message again.  Not sure what to do anymore.  Any suggestions from folks would be greatly appreciated.
