We would like to change our current plan (Norton 360 Deluxe) to Norton 360 Standard, seeing that my parents have only one PC that needs to be protected. I’m logged in to our user account but cannot find any option to change the plan

Please discuss you Norton plan options via Norton support. How best to “change plan” at this time.
You may want to wait until current Norton plan subscription term is near expiry…and then opt to purchase your preferred Norton plan. Please discuss best way to “change plan” …at this time…via Norton support.
