Issue abstract: unable to change the subscription plan
Detailed description: We would like to change our current plan (Norton 360 Deluxe) to Norton 360 Standard, seeing that my parents have only one PC that needs to be protected. I’m logged in to our user account but cannot find any option to change the plan.
