hi wuz314159 - you can submit files to this location and SYMC will check them:

Is there a way you could list the dll files as I am having the same issue. I can't even view Walmart.com or a few other sites. This started about a month ago and even if I turn of Norton it still blocks the websites. you can also email me the list if you prefer not to list it here at {removed} . Thanks in advance for any help here.

I'm a bit clueless on the matter.

I fixed a problem that Symantec said didn't exist so I don't claim any superior knowledge.

I would suggest running HijackThis and look for a line resembling:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BM7724dc7a] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\ckhqefqt.dll",s

{Rundll32 loading a seemingly random .dll)

(I've had this problem 3 different times and the .dll file had different names, all abstract)

Move the .dll out of the system32 directory and restart system.

If system starts without a problem, run HijackThis and select to fix the line.

(It usually only takes if hasn't already been loaded onto the system.)
