Newbie here. I've searched the forum and found several posts about Norton Toolbar and Identity safe crash various browsers. Since I'm somewhat terminally impatient, and have gotten lost trying to read and understand all the information already posted I'm not sure if the issue has been resolved or not
I'm running Vista Ultimate 32 bit on a Vista Micro and Norton 360 Premier Ver 20.3.1.22. I've been having a series of crashes over the last couple of weeks. They all occurred when I had a web browser open. I did not matter what browser, I tried them all (IE 9, Chrome, & Firefox). After researching the issue on several sites, I ran across an item about Norton Toolbar and Identity Safe causing problems. I turned them both off and have not had a crash since.
If I read the post here correctly, this is a known issue that is being worked. Is there a link I can follow to keep current on the status of the fix?
