In the last 2 weeks I can no longer open a web link in an email, such as Dropbox. I have Norton 360, Windows 7, IE 10. Anyone else having this problem. HELP!!

This issue is usually caused by your email client not knowing which browser is the default. You can try the suggestions here:

If you are using Outlook, Microsoft provides a Fix-It Tool:
When I hover over the link it shows it, but if I try to click, it immediately jumps to the top of the screen. I use Comcast email. It does it not only with Dropbox that is where I discovered it because I use it to receive files for work. I couldn't open my invoice from PayPal because that also sends you to another website. This only started a few weeks ago so I thought it must be an update that has changed it. Thanks for your help.
