Starting 7am PT on April 4, children protected by Norton Family may experience delayed response times while browsing the internet with Internet Explorer (PC/Mac), Firefox (PC/Mac), Chrome (PC/Mac), Safari (Mac) or Android's built-in browser. This delayed response time is intermittent. Our teams are working to fix this issue as soon as possible, and will post daily updates to this forum until the situation is resolved.
Here are instructions for a workaround until this is resolved:
- Log into Norton Family with your Norton Account email address and password
- For each child experiencing the delayed response, go into Settings and click on Web. Within the Web Site Settings screen, turn off Web Supervision and click Save. This will disable web monitoring.
