Experiencing Web Pages taking a long time to load/refresh/display with Norton VPN enabled for Windows 10 desktop. Using Duck Duck Go as browser and Google as search engine, or visa versa. When turning off Norton VPN, problem no longer exists; almost instantaneously pages load.
Similar problem but I'm using Chrome. The internet sites I've been using forever become very touchy with VPN enabled, run perfectly with it turned off. The page will sometimes drop out to a blank page, or go on an endless waiting (hourglass) cycle. This includes Yahoo Mail, Youtube, a Solitaire site, and others. Restarting the page does not always stop the problem. I have not enabled Norton extensions in Chrome because that seems to be something completely different. I'm running Win 10 on an i7 platform with 16Mgs RAM and a recently installed Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050ti.

Have you tried a different browser like Chrome? VPNs can be touchy for many different reasons.
