Web Safe Verification - 2 out of 3 ain't bad...

Greetings from a Norton Newbie....

And thank you in anticipation of any help or advice you might be able to give me...

I have successfully registered two websites for the Norton Web Safe program this evening, namely:

www.cvpro.co

www.hotdots.co

In both cases, I did this by pasting the required meta tag into the sites' respective <head> sections - and the verification process in each case was both swift and easy.

I am struggling, however to verify a third site:

www.martin-kearns.com

With regard to this third site: after unsuccessfully trying to verify the site with the meta tag provided, I have tried instead to insert the 128 digit code as a keyword - still no success.

A couple of observations: all three websites are hosted on Google's Blogger platform.and the option to upload an HTML file to the root folder is not available.

In all three cases, after I have pasted the meta tags into the <head>, Blogger has mangled the code so that instead of reading:

<meta name="Norton-safeweb-site-verification" content="a string of 128 digits" />    it is converted to:

<meta content=a string of 128 digits' name='Norton-safeweb-site-verification'/>

This mangling of the code is possibly a red-herring as it has not prevented the successful verification of cvpro.co or hotdots.co - but I thought I should mention it anyway.

Again, I will be grateful - and thank you in advance - if anyone can provide any help or advice with this issue.
