Web site verification fails on html file upload even though it is there

I tried the upload file method from the site dispute tab in my profile for beverlylanzetta.net and got the your site cannot be verified error even though when I click the url in your page it works fine. I noticed that the file was downloaded as .txt so I made a copy that is .html and put both on my site

I even searched old posts and found this, but that is the procedure I followed so what is wrong

Also I submitted feedback from the little error window twice last night and have not even gotten an acknowledgement?
