Web tracking and activity reporting stops working

I have it installed on mutiple machines

XP and MAC (Snow Leopard)

I am using a wireless network throughout the house

 

The MAC is the worse. It will work after a reboot for a bit and then it will not work at all. The house rules show but it doesnt' block the sites or record the activity. I have had similar issues on the XP machines.

 

I have 3 user accounts setup (3 kids)...and they appear to be assigned correctly.

What version of NSMs do you have installed on the PC and Mac? 

What Anti-Virus or Security products do you have installed on the PC and Mac?

1.1.0 for the MAC. I am on a wireless network almost 100% of the time if that matters.

Are you also experiencing the same issue on PC too?  If so, please tell us the Norton Safety Minder version you have on PC too.

Hi.

 

NSM 1.1.0 for the Mac is not compatible with Snow Leopard.  NSM 1.2.0 will be fully compatible with SL, but will not be released until just before Thanksgiving.  Because all Norton Mac products share several components, we have to release updates for SL to all Mac products simultaneously.
