Issue abstract:
I have Norton Family on my son’s iphone 15. amazon.co.jp is registered as a site to allow. Immediately after installation, I was able to view the site in Chrome as per the settings that allow viewing, with a warning. However, after a while, it was blocked and I could not browse. I have not made any changes to the guardian Norton family.

Please launch the Norton Family app on your son’s iPhone once to sync the settings across the device.
After launching the app, try accessing the website again using Chrome.
