Hi All I am getting so frustrated - hopefully someone will have an answer to help me. I use Outlook and can connect to msn mail no problem send & recieve. I have now tried to connect another webmail account which will recieve but not send, it works perfectly on my Blackberry but once I come on laptop only recieve works. When I go into webmail https://webmail.eu.com/ hosting by www.moonfruit.com & www.gandi.net I can send & receive but when I go back into outlook it is sitting in outbox & error message keeps popping up. I have been onto moonfruit techs & they say I need to change my Firewall setting and put in the following "Click Norton personal firewall click configure. On the networking tab click Trusted add the Pop3 mail server address and the SMTP server address, Click OK" which I am presuming the mail server address is mail.gandi.net but not to sure,how do I do this?
