Issue abstract: Webpages don’t load properly or at all when https scanning is turned on.

Detailed description: Starting yesterday 11JUN26 some webpages don’t load properly or at all when https scanning is turned on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Norton 360, I have reset winsok and int ip and also flushed the dns. I don’t like the idea of leaving it off but I can’t fix it. Oh, I also tried deleting the Symantic and Norton certificates from my trusted root certification authorities. Really, I don’t know anything! I am following AI and forums so don’t assume I know where to find anything or do anything.

Product & version number: Norton 360 Deluxe

OS details: Windows 11

What is the error message you are seeing? No error messages. Pages don’t load properly or are blank.
