Website being blocked as dangerous but labeled ‘safe’ by Norton help!

Hey, please help!
We’re a small staffing agency in the UK and our website has been blocked by Norton with the pop up saying it’s a dangerous website. However the website is labelled on Norton safe search as ‘Safe’.
I’ve submitted a false positive report over 48 hours ago but no change.
Can anyone advise how we’d get this dropped as it’s causing issues with our clients.

Hello @Yespeople
Please share your website domain name/address (space name to break link)

You’re reporting Norton 360 Safe Web is reporting your website as “dangerous”…while your website is labelled safe by Norton Safe Search/SafeWeb?

Thanks for getting back to me!
The website is yespeople . Co . Uk

Thanks for the link, I did submit to this over 48 hours ago but I’ve heard nothing. I’ve run various checks on the website and there’s no issues. We’ve even got advanced SSL

Thank you, any ideas how I could get the pop up removed? It’s all safe and verified with Norton! Any reason why this would be happening? Thank you

Please allow me a moment to document reports

Thank you

Sorry, for delay…last time I worked a Norton 360 Safe Web vs Norton Safe Web mis-match report.
I needed to upload screenshots to Norton support.
Have you reported mis-match via Norton support?

Thank you so much for your help!

Have you reported mis-match via Norton support?

I have but only through the false negative. I’ve tried to contact them via the chat but haven’t got very far

Okay…allow me to make submissions on your behalf and I’ll try to call attention.
No promises. No timeline.

What was your issue reaching Norton support.

Please review: Contact Norton Support [here] &or [here]

You mean false positive?
You were able to submit Alert ID?

Thank you so much, that’d really help! When I contacted Norton chat they didn’t seem to understand the issue and wanted to guide me through excluding the site

Yes, I ran into the same silly support solution. They are not up-to-speed dealing with site owners.

Were you able to submit Alert ID?

Yes I did submit alert ID, eventually they said to wait 48 hours but I’ve waited that so got back in touch and then they said wait another 48/72 hours :man_shrugging:

Okay…
I’ll make submissions and try to call attention.
Note: their process may take a few days.
Sorry

Thanks so much really appreciate your help with this!

Well, I’m hitting a submissions glitch…hopefully it’s temporary.

I’ll open a support ticket.

Oh blimey, thank you
