Website Blocked

Norton Internet Security is blocking www.1a0c.com
I reported false malicious website to Norton on web form and received an email that Norton team cannot reproduce the malicious verdict and I should run liveupdate. I did run liveupdate several times, but NIS 2014 is still blocking this website.

Hello Deborah

You are very welcome. Glad I was of some help in the process of getting your issue resolved.

Thanks.

Thank you for letting me know !

Deborah

Hello BCDeb

The website you want to visit is now evaluated as Green Go. You shouldn't get any blockages now.

Thanks.

I did hear back from Symantec "False Positive Submission [3977334]"

"Upon further analysis and investigation we have verified your submission and as such this detection will be removed from our products.

The updated detection will be distributed in the next set of virus definitions, available via LiveUpdate or from our website at http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/defs.download.html

Please note that whitelisting can take up to 24 hours to take effect."

Hello BCDeb

I can have the Safe Web Team re-evaluate the website if you want me to. Please advise. Did you hear back from the False-Positive Team? They should reply back with a tracking number.

@BCDeb

I am not quite sure what you are advising?
But I can't understand why the warning is even coming up.

Please advise.  Deborah

So, I advised with Safe Web report and Sucuri report and Threat name and Wiki info on Drive-by and how to submit false positive.   Sucuri reported site is on Norton and Yandex Blacklist.

Note: SafeWeb is not real-time.  SafeWeb offers historical site reputation.
Note: Blacklist is not real-time.

I am not quite sure what you are advising?  Are you advising that I go to a different thread for this issue, one that you have linked to?

[Never mind, I went to report a false positive supplying all the info you have supplied.  Thank you.]

My Norton product incorrectly alerts that a file is infected, or a program or website is suspicious ---- see > Report a Suspected Erroneous Detection (False Positive)

I get a "Dangerous Website Blocked" when I try to go to the website of a local storage company.  It is a reputable company that has been in business for years.  Google "Adams Storage View Royal" in Safe Search mode and you will see Norton Security's categorization of their website as unsafe.  I phoned them and told them this and asked if they have any idea why Norton would block their site and they do not have a clue.  I would like to be able to access their site without feeling terrified of what it might do to my laptop if I ignore Norton's warning.  But I can't understand why the warning is even coming up.

Please advise.

Deborah

What message do you see when Norton blocks the site?

I have completed all the above but I still cannot access the site. Safe Web states it is ok so why am I being blocked. I want to use the website today and I don't want to have to uninstall Norton just to use one website.

Can you post the SafeWeb report url from > https://safeweb.norton.com/

Um, is this your Mature Times > https://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=maturetimes.co.uk = SAFE >> https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/maturetimes.co.uk = Outdated WordPress Found Security Updates WordPress Under 4.5

Have you submitted > Report a Suspected Erroneous Detection (False Positive)

Thank you for replying. Unfortunately it does not help. Norton is stopping me using the website and logging on. I want to use the website. I have used it regularly in the past with no problems. Please lift the block on Mature Times so I can use the website.
