Website blocking using Norton Family AND Norton Password Manager BROWSER on Android Oreo!?

Regarding blocking specific https websites WITHIN Norton Password Manager's Android BROWSER, using Norton Family for Android (as part of purchased suite on PC):

In Android Nougat (on Samsung Galaxy S7), I was perfectly able to use Norton Family for Android to block specific websites WITHIN the Norton Password Manager's Android (NPMA) web browser (regardless of prefix http or https).

In Android Oreo, I am unable to block those exact same websites.

A Norton tech tried multiple ways; was told by management that no such blocking works within that browser (NPMA) which is only considered an "applet".

However, I am 100% sure it did effectively block those websites previously in Nougat, but not since Oreo upgrade. So it should not be a huge problem to solve?

One variable may be that the "restricted website" list within Norton Family settings does not allow for entering the prefix of https vs. http of the specific website URL addresses. I think it blocks the http, but not the https site. So I gave Norton a suggestion to fix the issue, but as of yet, no solution.

If anyone from Norton or the community can please fix this, I would deeply appreciate it for 2019. Thank you.

PS - The password manager is important for access but do not want it to be used for certain websites where money can be spent!
