In my Norton website you are provided links to My Devices and My Subscriptions, on My Devices it provides just the Operating System and says active or otherwise. On My Subscriptions you can drill down to the subscription to find out the computer name of the machine when it was initially installed both screens provide useful information but both screens are useless. If you changed your computer name during a reinstall, it doesn't update the name in the subscription, if you update from windows 8 to windows 10 it don't delete the old system and add the new, it just adds a new system with the new OS. So you cant associate computer from subscriptions successfully with operating system on devices so it makes it difficult to properly track what systems you actually have in Norton. Scenario where this is confusing, on My Devices i have 3 Windows 8 systems reporting issues and 3 Windows 10 systems active. 6 systems 3 computer would be easy with one account. now try 2 or 3 accounts with multiple systems in different locations(In-laws, sister, etc...) all over the states. Now it becomes a nightmare to figure out who is still on what OS.
